2015 was the year that I began working on my Master’s Degree in Creative Writing. My program through Cedar Crest College out of Allentown, Pennsylvania is a low-residency program that has residencies once a year for 2 weeks. Those two weeks are spent studying with your cohort in a location far away from home. My first residency was in Vienna, Austria. This blog takes you from Vienna and my beginning experiences as a student of Cedar Crest College. Then it takes us traveling with my daughter, Adele, through Austria, The Netherlands, and up to England. From there, Adele went home and I did one week at Cambridge for summer school. Enjoy!
